What is the PayPal Giving Fund?
Raising funds for charities through technology
PayPal Giving Fund helps people support their favorite charities online through a range of respected platforms such as PayPal and eBay. PPGF then makes grants to the donors’ recommended charities. It is a way for small charities such as the HRA Educational Foundation to have a larger reach through a well-respected and recognized platform such as PayPal.
How it works:
  • Verified 501c3 charities enroll with PayPal Giving Fund
  • Supporters donate on PayPal, eBay, and other online platforms
  • PayPal Giving Fund receives the donations and provides receipts to donors
  • PayPal Giving Fund grants the funds to charities, directly to their PayPal accounts
  • You can make a donation to HRAEF at any time through the PayPal Giving Fund at https://www.paypal.com/fundraiser/charity/3525269
