Thank you to all the Hawaii ProStart instructors who participated in the HRA Education Foundation’s very first quarterly meeting on July 29th. And, to those who were unable to join us, we look forward to welcoming you at our next meeting on Thursday October 28, 2021.
What exactly is the HRAEF ProStart quarterly meeting? The quarterly meeting is a way for the EF to provide support to all the schools and instructors. We have an opportunity to improve and grow our program. A big Mahalo to Chef Keoni Chang of the Sullivan Family of Companies who demonstrated knife skills as well as a guide to the types of knives that one should possess to have a successful kitchen. Chef Keoni also gave some tips and pointers on how people learn to make good tasting food by individually tasting the ingredients.
