FREE online training templates for your Back AND Front of House Staff

A Daily newsletter that I receive discusses Culinary Trends. Recently, focused on Food Safety. The newsletter featured a webpage with a series of online training videos. This is part of CIAprochef.com, and can be found here:

https://www.ciaprochef.com/restaurantsafety/

These are divided into 2 courses – one for Culinary, one for Servers. Most Food Safety videos are geared to the Back of House, but the Servers Course is comprehensive, modern (even though I love the 90’s styles seen in those videos) and are well presented.

Review the videos, the information and downloads, then incorporate the info or videos into your on-boarding or annual refresher regimens. There are lists and checklists that you can look at to help develop plans for your Cleaning duties, Allergen Response program, and others.

These are not certificate videos, and are not a substitute for ServSafe Food Managers or Allergen Courses, or any other ANSI Certificate, but they are a great source of general information that you can adapt in your operation to increase you, your managers, and your staff’s Food Safety Knowledge.
