While we are all busier lately, most of us are still running with thin staffing. You or your key staff may not be able to get away for a full day class.
Peter B, working with The Pizza Press in Aiea, have partnered to offer a 2 day class that starts 7:30am to 10:30 on April 7 & 8, 2021. The student will be back at your operation to help serve your lunchtime guests.
ARE YOUR TEAM’S SERVSAFE CERTIFICATES UP TO DATE??
Hawaii requires a PIC on duty in your restaurant to possess an ANSI certified Food Safety Course. The best and most recognized certificate is earned through the ServSafe Food Managers Course.
In this special 2 day class, the exam will be given on the 2nd day, which is 2 hours long, & consists of 90 multiple choice questions. The results are usually available in 2 weeks. The ServSafe Food Managers Certificate is valid for 5 years, and identifies the student and restaurant as being dedicated to the highest standards of Food Safety, and is a requirement for the ServSafe Dining Commitment
Costs per student are reasonable, with a discount available for HRA members, with an added bonus that a portion of the cost is donated to The Hawaii Restaurant Association Educational Foundation. Accommodations may be pre-arranged. Due to social distancing requirements, class size is limited, and mask use is mandatory.
