Students will learn and be tested on the latest standards found in the 2017 Food Code. The ServSafe Managers Certificate is recognized in Hawaii and all 50 states, and is valid for 5 years. Costs are reasonable, with discounts for HRA members and Peter B Food Safety clients. As an added benefit to the HRAEF, $20 of each student fee is donated to the HRAEF.
