New Member Profile + Partnership – SVN-GO Commercial

COVID-19 has impacted the world economy unlike any other event in our lifetimes. On a local level we have seen it impact our tourist industry, local economy, and we have seen the closure of many locally owned businesses.

The restaurant industry has been particularly impacted by the increase in costs associated with precautionary measures, general fear of eating out by the public, and most devastatingly, the restrictions imposed by our local and state governments.

Knowing that many restaurants are having a difficult year, we felt the urgency to help resolve the fear, pain, and frustration many restaurant owners and employees have felt throughout the COVID crisis.

SVN-GO Commercial is proud to announce our membership as allied members of the Hawaii Restaurant Association.

With over 30 years of combined experience as commercial real estate advisors in Hawaii, SVN-GO is  ready to serve the Hawaii Restaurant Community.

We will work hard to give each of our fellow HRA members a clear picture of where they stand and what steps they can take to improve on their current leases and real estate portfolios.

Membership Benefits offered to all HRA members include:

  • No Cost Lease Reviews: Find out if you can improve on your current lease. Dodge the landmines of your current lease agreement. Work with restaurant real estate experts to make sure your current and future contracts work in your best interests.
  • Free Real Estate Portfolio Reviews: Get a clear picture of the valuation of your real estate holdings. Analyze whether your portfolio is moving you closer to your personal and business objectives.

For more information on how you can collect your new HRA member benefits please contact Duke Hashimoto.
