New Member Profile – Premier Restoration Hawaii

Premier Restoration Hawai’i is grateful for the opportunity to join the Hawaii Restaurant Association.

We are a full-service mitigation and restoration company with a broad scope of services dedicated to providing a one-stop solution to damage done by water, fire, and mold.   With over 20 years in business in the State of Hawai’i, Premier is IICRC Certified in Biohazard Clean-Up with an entire division dedicated to critical cleaning and disinfecting services.

As many businesses look to reopen safely and in a way that instills confidence in returning customers and employees, we have remained committed to providing educational resources on our website and via webinars with various organizations that like The Honolulu Chamber of Commerce to educate businesses on proper cleaning and disinfecting and what they can do at this time.

It is important to us that restaurants deciding to take on the sanitizing of their businesses themselves are informed on how to do so properly while keeping employees and occupants safe. For those interested in our professional deep cleaning and disinfecting services through our Clean + Safe Program, we provide:

-Deep Cleaning and Disinfecting Treatment
-Training for your staff to maintain the routine cleaning schedule we provide that is specific to your facility
-A Certification to post in your restaurant acknowledging your business’ commitment to health and safety

The training component of our program is the only way we feel will make widespread sanitization feasible and is key to maintaining a safe environment both in restaurants and throughout our community as many of us look to return to business as usual.

Here are our top tips for restaurants looking to get started on cleaning and sanitation:

  1. Recognize cleaning and disinfecting are two different steps. Use different colored rags to prevent your disinfecting rag from becoming soiled
  2. Develop a list of key touchpoints. Key touchpoints should be defined as surfaces that are touched by multiple people, multiple times a day. Focus your cleaning efforts there.
  3. Implement multiple rounds of Covid19 specific training. The National Restaurant Association has several helpful, industry specific resources. https://restaurant.org/covid19
  4. Implement temperature checks and wellness surveys at the start of everyone’s shift to ensure your staff is safe and healthy to serve your patrons.

We are providing all Hawai’i Restaurant Association Members 10% off of our Clean + Safe Program with mention of this newsletter! For more information, please visit https://www.premhi.com/offers/reopening/ or call us at (808) 694-3552 .
