March 2020 Executive Directors Message

I am inviting you to join restaurateurs & industry Leaders at our Central Oahu Talk Story with our Legislators on March 19th.   Didn’t see the announcement? Email: info@hawaiirestaurant.org.

We have had an exciting February, with much more to come. HRA had a successful Legislative Windward Restaurant Talk Story at Big City Diner – Windward Mall.  If you were not in the room, you missed valuable current details about bills that will impact your business.

If you would like to host a Legislative Talk Story, please contact me.

With only 8 weeks until the end of this legislative session, you need to speak up now and get involved! Or as they say, speak now or forever hold your peace.

The HRAEF 1st Annual Chili Cook Off was a big success, with a great turnout in an event that included 3 Prostart Schools and 13 local restaurants. See article below.

On another topic, have you reserved your HHRS booth? Signed up for your free entry badge? Save time, don’t stand in long lines!!  Pre-Register. https://hawaiihotelandrestaurantshow.com

For more information, see below, and up to date details will be added to the website as they develop, so check it out frequently.

There are other events that will provide valuable benefits to our HRA members that are in the pipeline for the next several months. Watch out for e-blasts!!

See you at our Central Oahu Talk Story, HHRS, then HRA Annual Golf Tournament!!
