HMAA is pleased to offer FREE Blood Pressure and Body Composition screenings to HRA member businesses again this year! This is an easy and convenient way to incorporate wellness initiatives in the workplace and for employees to take the next step toward healthy living!
Who is eligible
Employers with an HMAA medical plan may host screenings at their locations. Screenings are available to all employees; they are not limited to HMAA members. A minimum of 10 participants is required per location.
What to expect
- Screenings will be scheduled for two hours per location. Additional time may be added based on expected participation.
- Screenings will be administered by our Wellness team, who will also utilize this time to share information about HMAA’s wellness programs and services.
- After completion of the screenings, employers will receive an aggregate summary report of results.

Complete the online form linked below, or contact our Wellness Department and provide us with the expected number of participants and at least two date/time options from March through December 2020. Scheduling will be based on availability, and certain requirements may apply.
