Chef Ajanta, an educator in Early Childhood Education for over 24 years, is the culinary magic behind the fresh rice crepes, a delicacy that resonates with major food capitals in the world. Her natural dippers are made with fresh vegetables, fruit, herbs and spices.
A Wall Streeter banker in the past, Che’s Heart now resides on Health & Well street. Che is passionate about Art & Culture. He designed an all-electric Kamehameha butterfly trike to respect the beauty and unity of Hawai’i. He enjoys a healthy lifestyle and is a social butterfly who loves to meet people from all strata of life.
Currently, they serve their Culture Cuisine at special events. Their next location is at the Hawaii Convention Center to celebrate the upcoming Winter Wishes, A Holiday festival beginning November 29 until December 24.
