Yasmin De Souza is an Independent Restaurant Consultant based in Honolulu, Hawaii, who offers restaurant owners advice, ideas, support and training to improve all facets of their restaurant.
Before starting YDS Restaurant Consulting in 2018, Yasmin spent eighteen plus years in the restaurant and service industry in Canada and the U.S. After successful careers starting as a hostess and climbing the ladder to restaurant management and in between owning two small catering businesses, Yasmin decided she wanted to help restaurant owners grow and build successful establishments. Starting with an in-depth analysis of current business processes, YDS focuses on are creating Standard Operational Procedures, training programs for front and back of house staff and upper management, employee HR and payroll procedures, food and liquor inventory and ordering, marketing of services and products, and use of social media platforms.
