Scott Crockford is a Vice President with CBRE Advisory and Transactions Services in Hawaii. Mr. Crockford has been a successful commercial real estate professional for 36 years and specializes in investment sales and leasing of all product types including office, industrial, retail and land sales. Throughout his career, Scott has been involved in more than $240 million of investment sales transactions in Hawaii, totaling over 13.9 million square feet.
Working mostly on the island of Maui, Scott’s experience includes representation of landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, new development and expansion consulting, tenant mix consulting, and property management. Scott is one of the top performers for the CBRE, Inc. office.
Prior to joining CBRE, Inc. in 2004, Scott was the Vice President of Commercial Property for 14 years with Maui Land & Pineapple Company. In this role, he was responsible for the company’s commercial properties, including Queen Kaahumanu Center, Kapalua Resort, and Napili Plaza, along with being a member of the planning team for new projects. Additionally, Scott managed the $70 million major expansion and renovation of Maui’s only regional mall. Previous to his tenure with Maui Land & Pineapple Co., he was a partner in Maui/Hawaii Realty & Management, Inc.​​
