Ai Kahu Culinary Solutions was founded by Tina Rogers, a professional chef with over 15 years of experience in kitchens ranging from The Patina Group, The Ritz Carlton, Roy’s and Chef Mavro. Tina began her career as a chef, by graduating from culinary school in 2001. From there she began working in the culinary industry, eventually teaching at Le Cordon Bleu and running the culinary program at Sur la Table in California.
Ai Kahu Offers ServSafefood safety classes, ServSafe Alcohol & Allergen training, restaurant audits, NRA certification courses in: Nutrition, Supervision, Bar & Beverage Management, and Menu Planning, to name a few courses, as well as triage services for establishments who might need a little help.
Tina has an AS degree in Culinary Arts from the Art Institute of Los Angeles, and holds many certifications in Nutrition, Management, ServSafe, Event Management, Wedding Planning, and others from within the culinary industry.
Tina is an active member of the Hawaii Restaurant Association and ACF member.
