New Member Profile: BLT Market

bltmarket-logo121_001BLT Market, a farm-to-table concept restaurant, highlights the best of Hawaiʻi’s regional and seasonal offerings. Located in Waikiki’s Ritz-Carlton Residences Waikiki Beach, the restaurant features a daily-changing menu with a focus on fresh ingredients and products from Hawaiʻi purveyors and farmers. From an all-day menu, brunch on weekends, an overnight menu and pau hana menu, BLT Market offers a dining experience ripe for all hours and seasons.

In addition to its daily menu offerings, BLT Market serves signature favorites including Moloka‘i venison tartare; the “Aquarium” featuring Big Island kampachi, Keähole lobster, pickled local oysters and seaweed; grilled Kaua‘i shrimp salad; Moloka‘i Ranch beef tenderloin; and handmade ricotta-spinach gnudi with herb-crusted Keähole lobster. Central to all aspects of Executive Chef Johan Svensson’s concept for the restaurant are his collaborations and partnerships with Hawai‘i purveyors and farmers such as Kualoa Ranch, Naked Cow Dairy, Sweet Land Farm, Moloka‘i Ranch and much more.

The restaurant’s airy dining room is brightened by shades of green, coffee and cream, and accented with large-scale paintings depicting vibrant fruits and vegetables, as well as antique farm tools, reclaimed wood furniture and textured velvet banquettes.  For more information about BLT Market, please visit www.bltmarket.com.
