Gelato World Championship

 

Congratulations to IL Gelato owner Dirk Koeppenkastrop Ph.D. and the entire Gelato Team USA for competing in the Gelato World Championship, in Italy. Koeppenkastrop was Team Captain and Gelato Maker for Team USA. His team scored 1st place in the Ice Carving Event and 3rd place in the Mystery Box Challenge. Team USA ranked 7th over all (out of 14 qualified countries!
