Restaurant Law Center Executive Director Angelo Amador and Paul DeCamp\, a partner at Epstein Becker & Green\, will discuss the RLC’s litigation related to “side work” at restaurants that take advantage of the tip credit. they also will cover the Department of Labor’s new guidance on the issue. \nThe webinar address tasks that don’t specifically generate tips\, such as wiping down tables\, filling salt and pepper shakers\, and rolling silverware into napkins. \nDeCamp was lead counsel in Restaurant Law Center v. U.S. Department of Labor\, was a former administrator of the DOL’s Wage and Hour Division\, and co-chairs his firm’s wage and hour practice group. \nREGISTER
