Our Story, 2013-Present

The story of FISH Honolulu starts in 2013. Joseph Saturnia decided that he had the ability and desire to open and operate a world class restaurant in Honolulu. Joe has owned and operated Island Pacific Energy, a local solar company since 2009 and a couple of years into the restaurant project, Joe called upon his right hand man at IPE, Clinton O’Neill to partner in this venture and really make Fish come to life. Together they wanted to create a place where locals and visitors alike would come for great food and drinks. It would feature and highlight the staple to the islands, fish!

The partners searched the Honolulu area for a perfect spot to open FISH. After months of searching, a prime spot caught their eye: Salt at Our Kaka’ako. The concept for a social dining experience dedicated to fish was a perfect match for Salt.

With a great location and an energetic team, FISH Honolulu has set itself apart to be one of the greatest restaurants in Hawai’i, a leader in the community and the employer of choice in our industry.
