October Executive Directors Message

A big Mahalo to everyone who helped us celebrate our 13th Annual Hall of Fame and Congratulations to all of this year’s inductees. It truly was an honor to be a part of the evening’s magic!

And, we couldn’t have done it without all of our inductees who dedicated themselves to our industry, 16 amazing chef’s, numerous partner’s, sponsor’s and countless volunteers.

A veritable “who’s who” of Hawaii’s restaurant, foodservice and hospitality industry were in attendance to honor the best of the best! While everyone dined on dishes from well-known chefs it was also nice to see a few newcomers to the dining scene.

The best part of the evening was knowing that proceeds from this event will go to help our student chefs through the partnership with our HRA Educational Foundation.

Once again, congratulations to this year’s award recipients and we look forward to another awesome year with HRA.

Please consider getting involved in one of our many committees, this is the best way to meet other HRA members and industry leaders.

I am working on our 2020 Calendar and 2020 is already filled with great events and an opportunity for our industry to thrive through great relationships and lifelong friendships!
