Back by popular demand, Hawai‘i Energy’s Serve Up Savings workshop teaches foodservice professionals how saving energy in the kitchen can actually improve cooking productivity while saving your business money! Join many local food service establishments by learning to think about energy-efficient kitchen equipment and practices, and how saving energy really is a win-win situation!

In this course, you’ll learn to:

  • Identify which equipment in your kitchen is using the most energy
  • Break habits that are costing you extra money and impacting the quality of your food
  • Calculate your own kitchen’s potential savings utilizing Hawai‘i Energy’s rebates

This class also includes a tour through the Kapi‘olani Community College kitchen and the opportunity to apply and workshop your new skills within the session.
